High Representative Izumi Nakamitsu Delivers a Video Message on the Occasion of the 59th Anniversary of the Treaty of Tlatelolco

On 14 February, High Representative for Disarmament Affairs Izumi Nakamitsu delivered a video message marking the 59th anniversary of the Treaty of Tlatelolco. The Treaty established Latin America and the Caribbean as the first nuclear-weapon-free zone in a densely populated area.
