The Disarmament Education Dashboard also serves as a platform for webinar series organized by UNODA and/or jointly with other agencies and organizations on a a wide array of topics, the most recent of which was on the topic of gender and small arms control. The Dashboard hosts e-modules on topics ranging from weapons of mass destruction, small arms and light weapons, outer space, explosive weapons in populated areas, and cyber diplomacy, as well as on cross-cutting issues such as development, youth and gender issues.

Developed by international experts and in partnership with international and regional organizations and agencies, civil society actors and academics, the training courses are designed for various proficiency levels and a broad audience, and has young professionals, diplomats, educators, experts and interested laypersons as its beneficiaries.

All courses are interactive, self-paced and accessible on different devices. Many come with an integrated online forum so that learners can exchange ideas and have constructive discussions.

After successfully completing a course, the trainee is awarded with a certificate which can be shared on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

The Dashboard is updated regularly with new courses that address current and relevant topics in the field of disarmament, non-proliferation and arms control. Forthcoming courses will cover the threats posed by lethal autonomous weapons systems, small arms and light weapons, and the Treaty on the Prohibition of Nuclear Weapons (TPNW).
