Target countries: CARICOM states (Latin America and Caribbean): Antigua and Barbuda, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, St.Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname, Trinidad and Tobago

Goal: Support national and regional collaboration in the ATT implementation process.
