Goal: To strengthen end use/r controls applicable to non-Governmental entities (NGEs)–such as transport/logistics firms, commercial entities, intermediaries, brokers, private security companies, arms producers–in conventional arms transfers, including for parts and components, in preventing arms diversion. The project will focus on transit, trans-shipment and post-delivery phases.
